I'll stick my neck out even further with some predictions.

(This is all just a continuation on this forum of the rich history of conjecture by the ill-informed, so no need for anyone to panic!)

Cap raising by an under-written issue to shareholders will be impossible to get up in this environment. This is not the Board's fault - it is just the way it is.

Capital will be raised via a selective placement - most likely to QVT, but maybe to some other current shareholder, or perhaps even a new participant(s).

Cap raising will be at $0.35 at best, as a face-saving exercise; but likely with sweetener(eg cheap options). Might be lower than $0.35

Stated reason for cap raising will be to "fund company initiatives", but unless cash flow by some miracle has become positive, it will actually be spent on sustaining corporate cash burn.
