I just want to support a comment made a few days ago suggesting there be no further dilution of BTR's Perkoa holding. We have our geese that are about to start laying golden eggs (well zinc eggs anyway), in a market where everyone expects the zinc price to go up. It makes no sense to sell any of those geese to pay short term funding commitments. The market wasn't happy with the previous Perkoa sell down, given the hammering the share price got this year, and I can see the market's point of view.
Our acting CEO outed himself at the AGM as a hot copper lurker. He's got a few more shares now than he had then. I'd like to think he shares my interest in looking at all other alternatives before selling down BTR's Perkoa holding.
Golden egg laying geese are hard to come by. Let's try to keep all of ours.
