i share your disgust boydie, CFE have stated they had legal advice on the tax claims, so you have to wonder

1. if they took that advice , why arent they seeking redress from whomever that advice came from?

2. maybe they didnt take the advice, in which case management are to blame, if they have been negligent in their responsibility to shareholders then there may be an option for shareholders to seek redress from the directors.
but looks likes its going to be quite drawn out, so prolly wont know the real facts for quite some time.
