I was wondering when BRK would be selling their royalty acreage considering they would need funds for the Swish lease purchases.
Well, here we go.
Considering they paid US$ 1.1 million for these royalties on 100 acres in Blaine county before there was any production on the leases , in combination with the uplift in the oil price, one would expect a tidy profit.
