    Well then you gotta take some time and go visit...their setup is quite impressive from what I have heard. Yes they are a bit like Asparagus, a long incubation period. But then the $/kg and counter French season is awesome if you get it right and figure out how to get to France markets in perfect condition, they don't travel well and have a short shelf life.

    Avocado, really? Hmmm very edible delicacy. I would have no idea how to grow them on any sort of scale.

    How's the dairy world over your way? Lactanz receivers still trying to find a buyer I hear and Brownes lost their CEO not long ago.
