Toast ;exactly ;We are talking a much higher level than random share trading, we are discussing selling the company to another were the synergy adds shareholder value to both camps,low volume means no big buyers and no up ward share pressure ,its a sign of no cut through to brokers or investors .We are vulnerable to big share price slip and the sooner we merge the better the premium. I see no point watching the share price falling back to 27c and then getting a 20% premium ! Clearly 150% of 45c is better than 120% of 27c.(not to mention I paid more than 27c)
