CCI Holdings shareholders yesterday recieved their interim report in the mail which recorded a strong return to profits after a series of non cash accounting losses were booked over the past two years.
Current shareholders may not be enthused enough to buy up more stock in the company (with still no dividend being paid), but they will now be loathe to sell with the stock only trading at a mere 8.9 times current earnings with growth foreshadowed in the second half (ST), and for the next 5 years (LT).
The cashflow improvement, and the lower debt levels indicate a return to dividends is on the cards. Put this one on your watchlists as an attractive LT play.
