    Am holding both and agree GGP seems undervalue at first blushd. However apart from the 20%:50% ratio of GGP:VIL at Fause Point expect that the FP proportion of GGP market cap also has to be considered.

    Nevertheless, delighted GGP just secured 50% of the permit nearby.
