Last week the WA Government indicated that it was looking at selling off half of Utah Point Port facility, AGO has a lot off cash in hand, and even though they are working hard at negotiating a railway I was thinking it would be not a bad idea if they also owned half of the port, thus saving money on port fees which is $8/Tonne. I sent Atlas an email and asked them what was the possibility of them buying half of the port and their response was
"On the subject of ownership of the port ourselves, we would never say never". So it certainly looks to me like this company has a lot of plans on the table, they just have to start putting them into in action.
