BJ, no one is or has predicted central's share price for month of September, author is making commentory on shorting (strategy used to lower share price) in line with what maybe some lower buying consolidation of possible top sophisticated holder with potential averaging down strategies of their original share price entry.
Based on my layman's review of central's sell vs buy ratio, the selling of central shares may continue well into and past the month of September. At some stage the selling will stop and may prove to be beneficial to increase profiteering one would assume.
CoM still believes this is a good sign as accumulative selling over an extended period of time (bar Magellan) has failed to trigger changes and announcement of top 20 register.
