The way I look at it is CTO has the keys to a treasure chest but hasn't been able to find the keyhole yet.
It has been threatening to (find the keyhole) for a while now as we all know ... one day soon (hopefully the December 09 quarter) it may finally deliver on this threat.
But a treasure chest is still a treasure chest and if CTO can't unlock the riches - other companies would be keen to do so in my opinion.
I have this vision of CTO finally delivering .. and in honour of that big day CTO management be given the keys to the town/city with directions how to use them.
