    "The best time to buy stocks is when there is blood running on the streets"

    I only wish I was coming upon CTO today for the first time, instead of having invested initially when the share price was much higher. Still, I have been buying what more I can afford at these prices

    Nothing is guaranteed in this world, but the risk/reward setup here seems to be first class
