It doesn't work. If you want proof please read on. I am an agent and as a try something different approach I offered a for sale by owner deal with a $1500 deal as a do it yourself package. I listed a property with the owners details on the board, the owner saw a client drive up take down the number and return with a local agent. The point is the buyer would prefer to deal with an agent to do the screwing on thier behalf. You guys need an agent to educate the seller down to the right price, and the buyer up to the right price. The agents get a bad name for educating clients to the right price.
