SOB, just because an individual has supreme confidence in a stock does not guarantee it the best future. There are also external influences that are not within your, my, or any individuals control such as the GFC which we have all experienced first hand.
Its simply a risk game from my perspective - why place all your eggs in one basket.......if you fall over and the break you may as well wave your cash goodbye. Eltonman professes to be an amatuer and in my opinion it is dangerous to weight your shareholding too much with one stock. Perhaps if he likes the sector so much he could consider other exposures such as CLO, NMS, TOX, NOD which also supply services to the same companies MRM does.
As I said before I am a holder of MRM so not ramping here (and I also own TOX & NOD), just giving my opinion.
