It did seem a bit silly - worst case scenario would be they takeover Ceph and ditch the MSB deal (very unlikley imo) and we get to keep all the millions they have already paid us as well as 100% product rights back.
I think the sell down was partly just a snowball effect. Some sold down - others saw it move and as they have made several 100% profit in only a few months they sold too, and so on and so on.
