With regards to taking up a position in AWD, I believe that if enough people combine purchasing its probably worthwhile to approach the company directly and do a deal like the convertible note that is in existence. I don't see the company agreeing to say a deal for $5-10k but I can see that the company will talk of there is say $200-250k.
