    Someones selling down. Must be a large holder gradually exiting.

    Or, a major player keeping the SP capped..

    Every time HIG goes up to around 8 cents the seller appears and sells down to mid 7s.

    Wondering how many shares they are offloading.

    Either way someones keeping a lid on the shares for some reason.
