It would take a bit of luck to rebound that high. The development wells being drilled may offer reasonable cost-return though are hardly the stuff to set the market alight.
Never-the-less - with some sense of stability seeming to creep into the market we may have a bit of a run in the short-term. IMO the options are cactus.
