Well, I'm willing to give it a bit more time. I do want to see what the results of the gas drilling will be (although I'm not getting my hopes up there) and I do want to see what the initial resource will be.
However, given that Rodney is already paid $175K p.a. salary and has 38m shares, I don't want him to have another $1m worth of options until he delivers the goods.
