    ... that looks to me like a half complete substanial holder form...

    Likely explains the selling of recent weeks... 3m shares of 3 million holding (please correct me if I'm wrong), sudden placement for $4m by co/- to those who effectively held prior the annoucement date... will be interested to see if the selling has safely stopped now?
