interesting theory there though....what if SLA were to buy out Solaminds shares off ANZ, using the first revenues from Ropren sales?

It would leave Solamind to sue OP, and then our shares would be worth more, as us, as shareholders, would technicaly own more shares in our own company.

So will it be the highest bidder, or will Solamind be allowed to recoup thier shares through paying off the loan, or will Solamind be sucessful in telling ANZ to hand all the shares back through protracted legal strife?
