... and sentiment towards all REITs was incredibly poor, leading into the mid-March stampede as the sky fell in.

Now there is a clear distinction between those REITs that investors think will survive and those that appear to be in real trouble.

BJT looks well placed.

In terms of waiting and looking for a cheaper entry price who knows? I just know that when BJT takes off (like I think it will based on all the fundamentals) I will wish I had a truckload more....

IMO don't wait too long hoping it will go back to the mid-March lows, you may be disappointed
