I know what the stated timeframe is. Lots of companies have timeframes for things, then things don't go to plan, and then there are excuses. And FDA processes (from my experience) don't run to the stated timeframes, more often than not. I have been around this stock since the beginning, and remember the hype that this was going to be approved already by now. Oh wait, we now have a new timeframe, then that will slip because of xyz and so on.... blah blah etc etc.
