    this is the only property company i know whose NTA actually increased last financial year.

    they focus on small-ticket apartments and real estate which can move quickly in this market

    htran, i notice you sold out of this, but you still keep posting. are you back in?

    imo i would not want to be out of bec. this company is worth at least $3.
