It is Tradeguider I have Real Time my cost was only $795 usually about 1500 but quite readily available at $995 but usually attached to a mentorship course.
I use ESignal Australia and have Global 20 minutes delayed and the cost is about $50 a month.
My one complaint is I can not get a chart into HOT COPPER into emails no problem I know other posters manage it but alas not me
