    Why do they have no idea on the topic ? Publicly, everything Duterte says is pro mining and that Lopez will follow order.

    It is your personal (informed it may be) opinion that the above is incorrect

    And what happens if/when RTG do announce their ECC ?

    Are you then still going to say they are no chance of a mining license, or would that indicate a swing in the government's sentiment ?

    RTG's ECC has been fully endorsed by the EMB and awaiting 1 signature ...
