Yeah - I agree - just disappointed in the way UMC is being played
If there is a play going on - directors have a duty to inform the market - as shareholders in umc & thx may need information in order to decide whether to hold or close
I know it could be sensitive - but if in discussions - market should be informed
They do have a duty to inform the shareholder !!
Just a thought anyway
