I don't understand Sembawang's pre-occupation with MAH's construction business. It is really not that big a deal for them. I have read that there is some history between their CEO and Leighton but still....
They might as well make an offer for the whole of MAH which only has a Market Cap of $ 425 million and a huge backlog of work. Somehow, I just don't think they are quite serious about this deal.
