whats the worst outcome for them? They upset LEI, a competitor on the international market? Embarrass LEI because they have exploited MAH's supposed financial vulnerabiity? Frustrate LEI by possibly delaying the meeting or questioning its validity? They ook like good corporate citizens insisting transparency by a public company (MAH).
I'm struggling to see why wouldn't they?
In reality LEI with its 20% should be forced to poo or get off the pot with respect to MAH ... as its stands IMO LEI is inequitably enjoying the fruits of its significant shareholder status
