We shall soon see if the Leighton offer was low ball.
A revised proposal by Leighton to better that of Sembawang's $35 million offer will undoubtedly cast doubt on the directors of MAH with respect to getting the best price for shareholders.
I'd expect a couple of board resignations should Leighton double their offer to $40 million.
This is very exciting to watch.
