I think the LEI offer should really be put in the loose change basket. They have taken the eye teeth of projects; left those with residual risks in exchange for 3 tenths of jolly zot.
I don't think the future of MAH lives and breaths because of LEI's token offer ... let's not be too hasty to dispose of the baby bath and its contents!!
