It appears to be the case, but as is the norm with this stock - very light volume. This stock should be higher on fundamentals IMO, but I think the low number of shares that are available to trade (+70% is held by management)is holding the stock back. Also the fact that they are in mining services, they are being dragged down by the current negative sentiment towards mining stocks and coal in particular.
