I probably not the best person to answer this, but from my understanding it just means that only certain mills can process the ore.
Within close proximity Kanowna Belle, and KCGM can potentially process the ore.
POS (ASX listed) were about to embark on a JV with AQQ (now merged with SPI) and NST at one point to convert their disused Black Swan mill to a gold processing mill. AQQ deposit mineralisation was also semi-refactory.
