Seminal Moment in TON's History

Today's announcement could well mark a seminal moment in the history of TON.

Given the chorus of grizzles about today's announcement its clear that there are many holders who do not have the cash to take up their rights. Because if they had the cash they would recognise that the announcement is actually good for shareholders, as it means that there will be no dilution, and they would just stump up.....no arguments.

No company can make plans and decisions to accommodate those with the weakest hands and shallowest pockets. If you can't stand the heat then get out of the kitchen.

TON and this forum have for too long been cursed by the presence of day traders. As I recall, BB said recently at the General Meeting that TON had 7,500 shareholders many of whom are day traders. We don't need you!! Go somewhere else!! Just maybe this rights issue will sort out the men from the boys.
