more than likely correct Bob, as seems management are dammed if they do, and dammed if they don't. imo!
a week or so ago I made a post about the range we currently entered into.
hopefully some will read it and keep matters into perspective as eventually we will move back up to the previous ranges in due time with expected fundamentals to still prevail.
