A sly trick? I don't know why you are trying to paint FBR as being run by tricksters. They promised to build the HX. They delivered. Yes it was later than originally promised. But no other company beat them to it and delays happen in all projects.
You claim that you are a holder. Did you buy in at a level higher than the current SP?
If you have a link to the "Legal" definition of a robot I'd be interested in reading it.
Though I strongly believe that there is such no Legal definition of a robot. You are welcome to prove otherwise.
Google throws up a good definition. And the HX meets that definition.
