SEN-1 progress and implications

Thought I would start a new thread about SEN-1.

We don't know exactly when it was re-entered but the 20/10 announcement said that the top hole section had previously been drilled to 1200m depth in water depth of 1,150m. That must mean its at 2,350m because a previous announcement in July said it was at 1,900m with TD approximately 3,300m (recent presentation says approx TD 3,500m) ... so it must have been drilled alittle deeper before they moved back to FAN-1. Anyone have a different interpretation?

There are two target zones ... a higher Albian sandstone play and a lower Aptian Carbonate play. Very hard to gauge likely progress but from FAN-1 it will most likley be slow! If they hit oil in the top target you would have to expect that to be announced at the time. That could be at anything around 2/3 of the total of 2400m drill (from graphics in presentations) ... so around 1600m which makes it around 2700m from surface. So they could have had as little as 400m to drill befoire they hit this zone.

Do people think they will have started already or will we get an announcement on that? Was Monday's "mobilisation" comment all we will get?
