    Smuggler,

Why, oh why do you continue to display your total ignorance of all things financial?

……enough money to pay the bills??
SEN has cash on hand as at Dec 30 of about $5.2mio. Net cashflow for the Dec half was a miniscule ($88k), so why on earth would they need a capital raising to pay the bills?

… a takeover is based on the target making money and offer synergies.
I could cite numerous examples of takeovers where these criteria have not been met. I could, but I won’t, so you will have to do your own research.

. ….No distribution or significant partnership arrangement of any value.
That claim is so ludicrous I can only assume you don’t read company updates.

…. would NOT be seeling shares at 26c IF there was any possibility of a takeover.
The man sold a tiny 8% of his holding. Maybe he decided he needed some cash to pay for a holiday, home reno., etc etc etc.
Moreover, if he thought SEN really was in trouble then don’t you think he would have dumped his entire holding? Then again, based on your comments I pose the question….do you think at all??
