BigProfit, I do not agree.
SEN's Eearnings BEFORE Interest and Tax is forecast to be north of $7 mil.
Will earnings growing quickly this could justify a forward EBIT ratio of 15 IMO.
There are 291 million shares and 125 million options.
Trading at 30c, SEN is valued at $124.8 million. On currently available information, this is at the maximum range of a reasonable valuation (18x forecast EBIT). And at that valuation, there is quite a bit of assumed growth.
SEN could turn out pretty well, but my bet is the time to buy will be when the posts on hotcopper are all "SEN is the worst company ever - what a joke" etc :)
