SEN has 320M shares and 126M 8c options. ie market cap is around 134M at 30c.
PE ratio normally uses NPAT, not EBIT so 7M EBIT = approx 5M NPAT, which gives me EPS of around 1.12c. People should then assign their own PE ratio, although i agree with you that around 18, but 20 maximum.
Sure, people say that 7M EBIT is conservative, but unless there are extra contracts to prove it, people are just guessing and hoping.
