Just like they monitor the NDIS providers?! 90% of NDIS service provides are believed to be commiting fraud.
No we need an independent body that overseas how money allocated to indigenous organisations & service providers is spent. I'm not saying people tell them what to spend the money on, I'm saying make sure it is spent on what it was allocated to be spent on in the first place. i.e accountability. Only then will we see results & only then will we see whether indigenous people really have the answers to all their problems as they claim to do.
