"The NDIS was legislated by the Gillard/Rudd government in 2013". . yes, just before the '13 election. the LibNats had the implementation of the NDIS. and this meant the LibNat govts were the problem..... no monitoring of invoices, just paid out without checking the validity of the invoice. no assurance that providers were providing the services they were paid for. and expansion of the NDIS scope to remove clients from mental health services. a purely budgetary decision not in the original plan.
