Actually the whole matter smells like a conspiracy from the start when Eddy M was whisked from the north Qld Union movement back to where his parents lived

Then he complained that he could not catch crabs as his ancestors did due to government red tape ??

On such an isolated island I would think everyone did pretty much whatever they liked !

Then to bring that ruling to the middle of the desert and make it law denies all semblance of reality

But who is there to mount a Supreme Court or World Court action to reverse it

Now in the present time the Attorney General wants to dramatically expend the definition of Native Title, IE they could not get the Voice through so go to Plan B

The Terms of Reference are on the net and they do not appear to let 97% of the population submit an objection
