Sounds like what SEN is up to in their latest announcement will mean they will put more space between themselves and the British firm nCipher (http://www.ncipher.com/) IMHO.
Perhaps that's why they weren't fussed that the proposed coming together of their US colleagues and nCipher didn't progress.
