I agree Macleod . Nothing is going alleviate the financial pain and suffering that PIF investor have had to endure over the last five years .I personally am still paying out a loan I obtained to invest with these criminals seven years ago .. However there is mention of" disgorgement of assets " in one paragraph of the report .. I am hoping , perhaps too optimistically and naively that this means that directors assets can be accessed and not hidden away in family trusts , with business friends and oversees accounts and various deals etc.. And that they will equally suffer the financial hardships inflicted by their actions .. For example I was recently informed by a friend of a friend that Mr King who still owns pat of Elysium Fields is attempting to make an arrangement with a Chinese company whereby he manages the asset but the Chinese Company has ostensible financial ownership..
