This is farcical.

The case that was held was supported to uphold the law by the Federal Government.

There were only two possible outcomes. The law stood in which case there was nothing to do.

The law fell then there needed to be imediate action. The Feds were like deer in the headlights-not a clue how to deal with the only outcome that required action. Pathetic.
