This whole sorry saga of who is right, who is wrong will continue forever unless management get in there and fix this problem. QAN board and management run this company and they now need to resolve all outstanding issues with all unions, that is the job of management, to manage. Have they ever heard of mediation??
If they (the management) are serious and all about looking after share holders interest's, I suggest they show us their highly remunerated management skills and get in there(quickly) and resolve these issues once and for all. If they do not, the company and SP will suffer dramatically. Not something any of us want to see I am sure.
