Really?? So how many of the rioters have been charged with a firearms offence? How did the Police force those prepared for war out of the capitol? It is laughable how you can think a guy in horns and a chewbacca suit is a dangerous revolutionary inciting an insurrection.
This is utter bulldust. It was a riot and those that rioted should be punished. But the same standard should also apply to the BLM and antifa rioters. Seven months of nearly nightly riots with 50 municipal buildings burnt down including police stations and court houses, at least 23 people dead including children, and the setting up of autonomous zones and yet they were classified as mostly peaceful protests. Kamala Harris even pushed for donations to help pay for the 'peaceful protestors' bail.
