That's good. It appears the first submission might be one of those (the other being from Notre Dame Sydney law faculty).
Hopefully the investigation is a thorough one and allows for some considered changes to laws and regulatory guidances to minimise the chances of such a collapse happening again. I am slightly worried it may be overly focused on the predicament facing gift card holders though.
I saw who the Administrators are for TON - FH are a good firm and I have heard good things about Dermott McVeigh in the past so should be in good hands.
