Senate Investigation into ASIC X2, page-4

I am sure ISX/SP1 directors will get advice from HWLE regarding a submission. You probably hope there is no way for them to make a submission since the relationship with OM will probably get a mention and the fact that ASIC had only 1 person who complained to ASIC regarding ISX and that was a non-shareholder. I know it will be front and centre of my submission. Perhaps they will get it in by the date, but ask for it to remain sealed until the completion of the court case in March 2022. Just a thought...
